How is everyone's week going?? Hopefully smoothly and hopefully you're getting excited for the coming weekend! I have swatches from one of my favorite brands, ncLA, to share with you today!
An L.A. Fairlytale is a set of 3 super sparkly glitter toppers and 1 super unique crelly! I really love how these polishes look together and I tried to mix up the base color glitter combos to keep things interesting! Perhaps they won't be everyone's cup of tea, but I enjoy the pairings! Let's take a look :)
Once Upon a Time is greige crelly packed (seriously, packed!) with pink, white and powder blue glitter, yellow bar glitter and puprle micro glitters. This one is so unique and while this might not be to the taste of everyone, I absolutely love that ncLA went bold with this polish because I love it! Such a great and unique mix. The formula was a bit thick, and shown is 2 coats.
Ever After in LA is silver holographic micro-glitter and matte white hex glitter topper that is quite lovely! This feels like a fancier version of CG's Fairly Dust. It's the hex glitter looks like it's slightly pink tinted which makes it unique in the silver holo glitter topper world and shown is 1-2 easy coats over Zoya's Charisma.
Enchanted City is similar to Ever After in LA in that it's a topper with that fine holographic micro-glitter. This one sports bright sky blue hex glitters and the combination of the silver and blue makes for a very ethereal effect. This can work over many bases, but I've shown it over Zoya's Stella because I loved the contrasting colors.
Valet My Carriage is a gold micro-holographic topper with pale gold, almost orange hex glitters. Same easy to work with formula as the rest of the toppers and shown is 1-2 breezy coats over Zoya's Tilda.
Overall, I really like this collection. It's simple yet effective all I had fun figuring out how to pair these polishes.
