Ciate London - Swatches, Review

Hello, all! I have swatches of some of the high end and always stunning Ciaté London polishes today! These are sort of a random assortment of shades but all still pretty and worth considering for your collection!

I've always admired Ciaté- their bottles are adorable and the polishes I've owned have always been great. I actually purchased one of their advent calendars two Christmases ago that came with tons of adorable minis! Anyway, let's take a look! I think there are a few polishes here that would work great for any time of year, but there are so stunning fall/winter shades here!

ciate swatches review

pom pom is a vibrant scarlet red creme, perfect for all occasions, I'd say. The perfect shade of red that manages to be sexy and sassy and carefree all at once. Definitely bright but very fun. The formula was on the patchy side as it's very thin, and shown is 4 coats but it doesn't feel thick on the nail.

doll face is a nude shade that dries to a matte satiny finish. The formula is a bit tricky due to the way the polish dries so quickly so you have to be careful with your application. I found that using generous coats that covered the whole nail at once made for an easier time. Shown is 3-4 coats, no top coat.

dangerous affair is a deep burgundy polish that is a squishy, jelly delight. It's beautiful and super classy and elegant. I love it! The formula was beautiful and shown is 3 super easy coats (2 was almost enough but I did 3 for full opacity).

she's eclectic is a dark duo-chrome blue to purple creme with a nice green shimmer. It almost has a metallic finish to it. The formula was really easy and 2 coats was almost opaque, but shown is 3.

fit for a queen is a silver metallic polish that has a nice and thin formula that makes it easy to work with. I think the fact that this is on the thinner side makes the application much easier and doesn't leave brush strokes like we so often see with silver metallics.

met me in the mayfair is a silver and black bar glitter topper. It's super dense so I could actually see this one building to opacity on it's own, though I've shown 2 coats over she's eclectic.

The one thing I was slightly disappointed by was the brushes. a couple of my Ciatés have a flat but round tipped brush which is perfection for application, but most of these bottles did not have that same brush which made the application a tad more difficult.

Overall though, these are nice polishes. Their packaging and styling definitely makes them feel high end and more worth the price per bottle...plus I like how all the bottles "hug" each other in my helmer drawers due to the concave shape of the bottle!

You can purchase these and tons more Ciaté polishes directly from their website or from major retailers like Sephora. Be sure to follow them on your favorite social media site to stay up to date with the latest collections and promotions!!

How do you like these? Do you own and Ciatés? Let me know :)

Happy Polishing!
