Floral Fixation - Nail Art & Tutorial

Nothing to Disclose

Hello all! So I have a super quick post to share with you today. I've been in a bit of a nail art slump lately and haven't really been in love with much of what I've been doing lately. Perhaps because it wasn't a floral look? ;) Even though I should have been doing a mani for the 31 Day Challenge 2.0, I chose to spend the evening doing nail art just for me. I even got inspired and did a video tutorial on it!

Surprisingly, I haven't done a floral mani for almost 3 weeks! I know, it's pretty much blasphemy here on Wondrously Polished. I think I've been seriously craving it, too because every other nail art wasn't quite doing it for me. I'm so happy to have just done this because!

This was also my first full polish nail art look I've done in a long time. I mostly used China Glaze's The Giver Collection (which is oh my gosh, incredible!) for this look. I started with a base of History of the World and let that dry. The blue flowers are CG's Capacity to See Beyond and Zoya's Ling, the purple flowers are CG's Release and Friends Forever, Right?, and the orange centers and green leaves are CG's If in Doubt, Surf it Out and Shore Enuff. Whew!

Here's a quick Instagram video that I put together :) I still have room to improve on the videos, but it was fun to put it together!
Hopefully I'll be able to get back on track with the 31 Day Challenge tomorrow, but for today, I'm just enjoying my floral print :)

What do you think of this look? I'm excited to try doing more video tutorials in the future.

Happy Polishing :)
