Hello, all! Hope everyone had a nice weekend! I always hate Sundays because I tend to just worry about what will occur at work on Monday, but I try to still enjoy the time off. I was supposed to continue with the Nail-Art-A-Go-Go challenge last Thursday, but as is my Mo, I fell behind and didn't get the post done. But I've got the Hearts theme to share with you today!
So, I'm really unsure of these. My first feeling about them is that I don't like them haha I think I just don't particularly like hearts and perhaps that's why I'm not loving these or this theme. I was as a bit of a loss for what to do and while I contemplated doing some awesome human heart depiction, I'm feeling a bit burnt out tonight and wanted to keep things relatively simple. So a tribal-esque heart mani it is!
While I don't really like the design, I do enjoy the color combo quite a bit! I used Color Club's Look, Don't Tusk as the base for this look, and paired it with a burnt orange, teal and blue acrylic paint. I love these colors together so much, that they've actually taken over my house. I have a burnt orange and dark blue wall and pops of teal everything. They're pretty much the best colors. Just sayin'.
While I'm not uber happy with the final product for the hearts theme, I'm still glad that I created something for the challenge. Perhaps I'll give hearts another go at a later date and paint something I enjoy :)

Happy Polishing!
