Hello, all! Today I've got some polish for a cause to share with you all :) If you'll recall, last month I worked with Michelle from Laquerlicious to help share one of her Polish for Pit Bull polishes (V-Day = D-Day). Michelle donates a majority of the proceeds from these polish sales to the Fresno Bully Rescue and I think it's such an awesome cause. I was very excited to hear that her last polish did so well, she's done another one this month! This time around she's partnered with Brittany from The EmPURRium, who makes adorable handmade collars, leashes and key FOBs.
With spring right around the corner, these ladies teamed up to create a fun and bright spring polish (Spring Fling) and a super cute key FOB!
Spring Fling is a glitter bomb of epic proportions! It is packed full of square, hex, star, circle, shard, butterfly and bow glitter in all colors of the rainbow. It's all in a base with blue iridescent micro glitter and it such a fun combo. I've shown Spring Fling over a white to green gradient (kind of like grass!) and I just love how these look together. I think if I could change one thing, I would take out the star glitter because it doesn't feel as "spring-y," but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy the polish :)
The formula of this polish was great. I did 2 thin coats and did some glitter placement for those big glitters that can sink to the bottom and finished it all off with a coat of Seche Vite.
If anyone is curious, the gradient I did uses OPI's My Boyfriend Scales Walls, China Glaze's Grass is Lime Greener and CG's Def Defying.
You can purchase this key fob, polish combo for $10 (with $5 going to the Fresno Bully Rescue) on March 20th from the Laquerlicious Site. There is a limited number of sets, so if you love the polish, the fob, the cause, or all three, don't wait to grab this one.
Be sure to check out Laquerlicious and The EmPURRium on Instagram!
What do you think of this polish and key fob combo?
Happy Polishing :)
