Erin Condren Life Planner inspired Guest Post

press sample & affiliate link

Hello, my friends! I seem to say this every time I post, but I have been so busy with work and wedding planning that it's hard to keep up with blogging as well! While, I'm so excited and loving the wedding planning process, I'm also looking forward to having some down time again to be creative and share with you all regularly again :)

But for today, I've got a fun post inspired by one of the tools I use to help keep me on track with all my goals - a mani (or two!?) inspired by the new Erin Condren Life Planners!

Head over to their blog to read my full post and let me know what you think about the looks (and the other ladies who created art as well!).

Guest Post for The Dalai Lama's Nails - Stained Glass Nail Art

Hello, all! Today I've got a guest post to share with you over on The Dalai Lama's Nails! Hannah is celebrating 3 years of blogging all month long and she's asked a few ladies to guest post for her to help celebrate. I ended up recreating a fabulous design that Hannah did a year back...and then something extra special happened! Another one of my favorite bloggers (it may or may not be Adventures in Acetone ;)  ) also recreated the same design so it became an awesome collaborative post between all 3 of us! Head over the the Dalai Lama's Nails to read our full post!

Guest Post from Kelli of The Nail Polish Challenge

So, even though I'm back from my vacation, I have one more fantastically amazing guest post to share with you all, this time from Kelli over at The Nail Polish Challenge. She is one of my favorite bloggers and she always has the most stunning swatches, the perfect nail shape, and spot on photography. While she typically sticks to swatching, I've seen her do phenomenal nail art so I thought I'd pester her to do a guest post for me. AND I AM SO GLAD I DID! I am floored by what she came up with and so honored that she pushed herself to create something this beautiful for my little ole blog! Please, join me in trying to convert her to the world of nail art because she needs to do more things like this! Thanks, Kelli!

Hello everyone! It's quite an honor to be guest posting on one of my favorite blogs!

When Lindsey asked me to create a nail look for her blog, I immediately knew I wanted to try to recreate her incredible style of capturing realistic painting and fine details - but of course, I'm all about simple nail art, so I tried to pick a happy medium. I definitely went outside of my comfort zone for this manicure, so bear with me, but I'm pretty satisfied with the results ;)

Guest Post from Victoria of Vic and Her Nails

Hello, everyone! Today I've got another guest post to share with you, this time from Victoria of Vic and Her Nails! I've known about Victoria's amazing work for awhile now and was really happy when she joined the Digital Dozen a few months ago. She's insanely talented with a detail brush and I'm always impressed by what she's able to paint. Today, I'm incredibly flattered to see that she's done a mani inspired by my header image! I just absolutely love how these turned out and I can't believe the amount of detail she put into these! Thanks so much, Vic! :)

Guest Post from Debbie at The Crumpet

Hello, all! I'm taking a bit of time off and enjoying the peace and quite that camping provides for a bit, so I've asked a few of my favorite bloggers to help me out with some guest posts!

First up, is Debbie from The Crumpet and I'm so incredibly honored to have her on my blog! She was one of the first bloggers that I read when I first got involved in nail art and she is such a positive light in the nail community. Not only does she run a ridiculous number of online nail groups she also provides endless inspiration to all those around her with her creative challenges and stunning nail art and swatches. Her blog was also the first guest post I had ever done, so it only seems fitting that she is the first guest post ever on my blog! Love what she's come up with and so happy to have her!

Work / Play / Polish Guest Post - A Wintery Scene for Polished Girlz

Good Morning everyone!! I have been dying to share to today's post with you since I did it a few weeks ago. Leslie from Work / Play / Polish contacted me back in November about partaking in a blog series she was working on. There is a wonderful organization called Polished Girlz and they work with all sorts of young ladies, like those with special needs or ladies who are cooped up in hospitals for long stays with some pretty yucky illnesses. Leslie is generously donating $10/blogger that accepted her invitation to the Polished Girlz...and all 25 of us accepted! That's $250 to this wonderful cause and if you're able, consider ways in which you can donate or participate in a chapter near you. :)

We had to keep with a "Festive" theme for the blog series so I went with a wintery scene and am just so proud of how these turned out! You can read my guest post here as well as the introductory post by Alanna, the 13 year old nail art enthusiast who started Polished Girlz :)

Lucy's Stash Guest Post

I'm so excited to share that the lovely Lucy over at Lucy's Stash asked me to do a guest blog post for her while she was on holiday for a few weeks - and of course of said yes! I feel so incredibly honored to have been asked...but it made me stress about producing something worthy of being posted on her blog!

I ended up creating what I've seen called a "knit sweater" pattern (but also seen in tribal print design) and I've been wanting to share it since I did it! Do you know a better name for this pattern? Be sure to check out the blog post to find out more about this look and I would love to hear what you think either hear or on Lucy's post

Happy Polishing :)

Guest Post for The Crumpet ~ Stained Glass Inspired Flowers

Hi everyone! So if you'll remember, last month I was chosen as the winner of The Crumpet's Amateur Nail Art Contest and Debbie was lovely enough to allow the winner to do a guest post on her fabulous blog! Pretty swell prize if you ask me! I wanted to come up with something worthy of sharing there and stressed far too much about it ;) You can see my guest post here...and here's a sneak peak of what I did! ;) Go check it out!
