Fall Berries Nail Art

nothing to disclose

Hey all! Hope you're having a great Sunday (or Monday morning!). I've spend the day in my pj's enjoying some nail polish and chatting with friends across the country. The fiance is currently watching football, the dogs are passed out on the couch, and I'm writing up this post! Yay! Later I'll do some of my normal Sunday chores like laundry and planning out my week (which I actually really enjoy the ritual of!).

Seeing as it's fall here in the northern hemisphere, I've been wanting to do as much nail art inspired by the season as possible. I love the changing weather and happily welcome the cold and crisp morning and evenings we've been having. Happy heart over here! Anyway, here is my fall berries mani!

I was swatching the November Cirque Colors Metropolis collection this weekend and wound up using one of the Shades, Topless in Times Square as the base of today's nail art and I figured I'd give everyone a little something extra before I officially share my swatches and review of these :)

As I mentioned, Cirque's Topless in Times Square is the base for this look. I then used various shades of brown, green and red/orange to add in the branches, leaves, and berries. Then of course, mattified them ;)

I wanted these to look like fall berries and not the holiday/winter berries (ie cranberries) and I hope because of the leaf shapes and the orange hue of the berries, that I attained that.

Let me know what you think of these and be sure to check back tomorrow to see the swatches of the Cirque Metropolis collection! Happy Polishing :)
