Live Love Polish - Floss Gloss Swatches, Review & Nail Art

Happy New Year's Eve, all! I have some beautiful polishes from the Live Love Polish shop to share with you today! They were nice enough to send along four Floss Gloss polishes and I must say, I'm of the opinion that you need all needed these shades in your life like yesterday ;) they're they lovely.

For those who don't know, Floss Gloss is a cruelty free and vegan friendly polish, all wrapped up in an adorably unique bottle. I would love if they sold larger bottle sizes because I do think that 0.18 fl oz. is a bit small for a favorite polish, but oh well. Anyway, let's take a look, shall we?
Wet is in the running for my favorite shade ever. I can't get over how stunning it is. It's the most vibrant and beautiful Tiffany teal and I can't get enough of it. The formula on it is a bit weird, however. The nature of these vibrant shades is that they are often chalky when applied. This one dried really quickly after each coat so I fought a tiny bit to get the coats level and to avoid patches. Regardless, I'm in love. Shown is 3, somewhat thick coats.
Glowstar is a close contendor for a new favorite shade. I am a sucker for super light (almost white) pastel shades and this one has a pistachio touch to it that is to die for. The formula on this was easy to work with (relatively self-leveling), though there was some patching and I had to use 3 thick-ish coats to reach opacity. Love this one.
Honey is a densely packed copper and silver micro-glitter polish. It's in a clear base and not so dense that you can't do a fun glitter gradient easily with it, but not so sparse that you can't use a few layers on it's own to reach a fairly opaque finish (though still some VNL). If you don't like being able to see your natural nail peeking through, fear not, this is so sparkly your eye won't be able to catch the nail showing through ;) This one reminds me a bit of China Glaze's I Herd That from the Safari collection a few years back, but this has larger glitter. Shown is 3 thin coat over my bare nail.
And a simple glitter gradient with Glowstar and Honey.
Dimepiece is the last of the Floss Glosses I've got to share, but it's not to be forgotten! This is a stunning silver holographic micro-glitter, similar in formula and mix to Honey. This one, however, has some very fine silver glitter mixed in that helps built opacity a bit quicker than Honey does, which I like. I think everyone should own a polish like this and put it on any time they're feeling blue. It's just so sparkly and happy! Shown is 2 thick-ish coats.
I love how Wet and Dimepiece look together so I did a simple nail art look using both.
Overall, I LOVE these. They are amazing. The formula's are great and the colors themselves are jaw-droppingly beautiful. I can't get enough of these. I'm going to be wearing them tonight to ring in the new year!
