Hi, all! I have swatches of some lovely new Powder Perfect polishes to share! There is both the lovely Insomnia Trio as well as a rebooted polish from a few years back.

For those who are just checking out Powder Perfect for the first time, all of their polishes are 5 free and they're based out of Australia...and good news for US ladies as they've just launched their US site so it's even easier to get your nails on these :)

Powder Perfect - The Castle Collection: Swatches

press sample

Hello, hello! I hope everyone had a safe and happy Holiday season! I know I was insanely busy and I'm trying to find my groove again when it comes to managing all my day to day responsibilities. But! Exciting post today as I have a beautiful collection by Powder Perfect to share with you all!

I noticed, first, the dust motes dancing in the light as I walked through what must have been the library. The carpets had begun to fade and ebb away, and items were strewn about as thought the last occupants had fled at but a moment’s notice. I found a discarded wax seal on the desk – emblazoned with the family’s crest. A once glorious family, the owners of this house had now faded from local recollection. All that remained was the crumbling shell of their grand home.

Now, Powder Perfect is an Australian based brand which meant for those of us international fans had to buy through stocklists in order to purchase PP shades. However, Powder Perfect is launching their very own US based shop starting tomorrow, January 8th (note, these polishes won't be listed on the site until tomorrow)! This new collection will be available to purchase through this site if you're US based which is very cool, though you can of course continue to purchase through the stocklists or Powder Perfect's site.

So let's take a look at The Castle Collection

Powder Perfect - The Hardwicke Collection: Swatches & Review

press sample

Hello, all! I've had a pretty rough last few days and to top it all off, I've managed to get sick...but! I have swatches of the stunning new Hardwicke Collection by the always fabulous Powder Perfect to share today! If you'll recall from last year's review of the Mysterius Magnum collection, Jacinta always manages to create wonderfully ethereal themes and polishes to pair with them.

The village of Hardwicke is nestled in a valley between snow-capped mountains, surrounded by
forest that stretches as far as the eye can see.
During the spring months, winter lingers on & fog clings like a shadow to the mountainside.

In the stillness of the morning you can hear the woodcutter at work, splitting logs felled in the
woods. Children play in the nearby creek.
The night draws closer.
A woman lights a candle and puts it on the window sill, waiting for them to come home.

Life is, as it has been for hundreds of years.

Powder Perfect - Mysterium Magnum: Swatches & Review

Hello, all! Today I have some beautiful polishes to share with you from Powder Perfect! I've been drooling over Jacinta's polishes for so long so I'm beyond thrilled to get to try these stunners from the new Mysterium Magnum collection out and share them with you today.

This collection was inspired by folklore and the various mythical creatures that make up some of our world's best stories. From the press release:
Something within me remembers and cannot forget.
When legends stalked through the mist on the moor.
When immortals were within the reach of our fingertips.
When imagination was as strong as any force in the world.
When belief outweighed fact.
