Hello, hello! I'm going to keep things short and sweet today because, wowza, as I am writing this, I am exhausted!

If you've been around this week, you'll recall that not only is it Digital Dozen Food week, I'm also taking us on a mini food group journey! As we've done Vegetables, Fruits, & Proteins so far, the only things left are dairy and grains...so today, is dairy!
