Delush Polish - Pastel Goodies: Swatches, Review & Nail Art

Hello, hello! I hope everyone is having a great Thursday! I've got swatches of some past Delush polishes to share with you today. These shades were released last year but they are now perfect for the coming holidays and spring weather we'll soon be encountering!

Fleur de Peche is a lovely pastel orange crelly pascked with magenta, pink, green and copper glitters and I'm slightly (unhealthily) obsessed with this color combo. I love soft orange shades like this and I think Adrianna did a wonderful job creating this color scheme. I know orange isn't for everyone, but this is definitely worth consideration. The formula on this was nice with minimal fishing for glitter and 3 thin coats got the job done nicely.
And because this polish is named for the lovely flower that comes before a tasty peach, I figured I'd try my hand at my favorite...floral :)
Honey Pie Sugar Bunch is a pastel pink crelly with hot pink, white, blue and lavender glitters of the hex variety. This is my kind of pink. It definitely leans toward purple and because it's a pastel, it's very wearable. I've said before that I struggle with really vibrant shades so this is very welcome. It would be a nice shade for upcoming Valentine's Day, but also really great for spring in general. The formula on this was on the thin side and since I had to shade the bottle to grab some of the bigger glitters, I ended up with some polish dripping from the cap. Nothing that can't be managed, just wait a few minutes after doing your shaking so that the polish has time to drip back into the bottle :)
I really like the nail art that I did on the middle finger for this one, a sort of color-blocking look...but I'm afraid I've ruined the rest of the mani with the lacy accents that I did. What do you think?
Fairest of them All is probably the best silver foil polish I've ever used. It has enough coverage that you don't need to apply a ton of coats, but it's also thin enough that it doesn't drag and bunch the polish at the tips of your nails. Some of the other silver polishes I have will become a big globby mess after just two coats but this one doesn't have that problem at all. Additionally, the brush strokes are almost negligible in this which I can't say is the case for other silvers. All around, if you're in the market for a good silver polish, this should be your go to one. I would recommend a base coat or ridge filler with this though because this will show ever imperfection in your nail. Shown is 3 super easy coats.
I work as a civil engineer and deal with topographic images often and as I was working on this nail art, it turned into a topographic inspired look. The lines could almost be contours!
Overall, these formulas are really great. I love the funky shades of Fleur de Peche and am obsessed with how easy Fairest of them All applied! These shades are available now from Delush's website so don't miss out and get some fun shades for the upcoming holidays :)
