Nail Art: The Planner Society Washi Series - April 2016

nothing to disclose

Hey guys! Happy Wednesday! I'm both shocked that we're already to the middle of the week and THRILLED ;D I'm continuing along with my Planner Society Kit washi tape inspired manis (if you've missed my past ones, head here) and today we're taking a look at the washi that was included in April's kit!

I fell in love with the papers and designs in this kit, and I've used this particular washi tape loads of times in my bullet journaling adventures (check them out here, here, and here!). There is something so lovely about the black background contrasting with the pastel colors in the flowers. Really beautiful.

I've used a base of Zoya's Willa (my favorite black at the moment), and then used the Bambooristic Brushes I recently received from the Winstonia store to create the flowers and leaves in acrylic paints. As before, feel free to use code WP10 to receive 10% off of your purchase. I'll have a full review of these brushes up soon!

I finished the entire look off with KBShimmer's FANTASTIC matte top coat, Oh Matte! and here we are! These were really simple to create but I love the final product. Very eye catching, I'd say!

I'm' thinking my next design will have to be from June's kit which I received earlier this week. I have 3 incredible designs to be inspired by so let's see what happens :)

Happy Polishing and I hope you're enjoying this series so far! It could potentially continue on for a long while ;)
