Bella Bosio - Swatches, Review, & Nail Art

press sample

Hi, all! I have swatches of polishes from a new to me brand called Bella Bosio to share today! Bella Bosio was created by the super sweet Sheila and started from her love of all things nail polish and nail art. Her polishes are all handcrafted and 5-Free and available from her Etsy shop.

Let's take a look at a few of her polishes!

Sheer Class is a sheer ballet pink crème with micro silver and gold glitters. I love a classic pink like this! It’s so wearable and always in style. Very delicate and feminine. Shown is 2 coats with a ridge filler base coat to avoid my nail ridges showing through. If you have ridges like I do but no ridge filler base coat, you might need more than 2 coats.
Classy Lady is well, a classic red! It is slightly jelly formula wise and looks to have similar silver and gold micro glitters like Sheer Class has. I really love the subtle addition of these glitters – it doesn’t overpower the polish but adds just enough “umph” to make these unique and fun. This one was on the thicker side so I had to be patient with my coats, but it was still workable. Shown is 2 coats.
Rosegold Mine is a rose gold foil with iridescent microglitters. I really like the addition of the glitters in the foil. Makes it more appealing to me than a typical foil polish. I also like that this shade could be either super feminine and elegant, or you could make it a bit edgier and pair it with some steampunk themed artwork. Shown is 2 easy coats.
Saphira is a cobalt blue metallic shade with specs of the iridescent glitter we’ve been seeing in these shades. Great formula again and shown is 2 smooth coats with no visible brushstrokes.
Finally, Galactic Rush is a blackened crelly packed with more iridescent glitter – essentially a galaxy in a bottle! Don’t you love those!? The 2nd coat of this really created a dramatic finish to this polish and I love how edgy this shade is. Shown is 2 easy coats.
I also really loved the simplicity of the little red heart in the Bella Bosio logo that you see on the bottle of Sheer Class...so I did a simple take on that with this nail art.
Overall, these are some nice polishes. I like the simplicity of the classic pink and red shades and the metallic finishes are also really lovely.

You can purchase these and various other Bella Bosio shades from Etsy now and be sure to follow Bella Bosio on your favorite social media site to stay up to date with the latest collections and releases!
