Hello, all! While life is busy outside of nail art, the 31 Day Challenge marches onward so today I have the day 7 challenge to share with you all! With out updated challenge themes, today brings us to the metallic theme. Sometimes a design will come to me before I know the polishes, but today, the polish came first.
I reviewed this polish back when it first came out and I really loved how unique and pretty it was then. I'm so glad to have found an excuse to use it in nail art! I used my trimmed down detail brush and black acrylic paint to paint all the gears...and they were hard! Let's just move past the fact that these gears would fail at being gears in real life and just accept that they're more for looks than anything ;)
I was really curious what this polish would look like with a matte top coat. No surprise here, it's amazing looking. I've included a few shots with the matte top coat as well.
